Defining and quantifying needs is often the hardest step in any project. From deciding if additional capacity is required and how much, to deciding how reliable and required costs, we have significant experience in reviewing sites and preparing studies.

Due Diligence

PREPARE due diligence, feasibility studies and data center assessments for new and existing facilities.

REVIEW and document existing data center critical infrastructure as it relates to capacity, topology, redundancy, performance and operation.

DETERMINE overall capacity and remaining capacity of the existing critical infrastructure. Review electrical utility bills provided by the facility to determine remaining capacity.

PROVIDE recommendations and options, based on American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) recommended standards and the National Electrical Code to optimize existing critical infrastructure utilization.
